HIGH-PRESSURE NOZZLE

Our high-pressure ruby nozzles are used for conditioning and cleaning of press felts and forming fabrics in the paper machine.

They are equipped with rubies, which guarantee the highest jet quality and stand for service life which is far above average.

1.1 HP RUBY DISC NOZZLES

  • with flat gasket made from VITON black inserted to notch
  • the gasket will stick to the nozzle at  installation and removal
  • the HP disc nozzle is also available with a groove on the back side for easy removal from the shower pipe

1.2 HP ONE PIECE RUBY NOZZLES

  • available with hex socket 10 mm or hex  head 19 mm
  • with flat gasket made from PTFE white inserted to notch
  • the gasket will stick to the nozzle at installation and removal

1.3 HP HEX SOCKET RUBY NOZZLES

  • with different thread types available, e.g., 916-24UNEF, ¼” BSPT or 1/8” BSPT
  • with O-ring seals or flat copper gaskets depending on the thread

1.4 HP-RUBY NOZZLES WITH EXTENSIONS

  • different nozzle types with extension tubes for an installation in shower pipes pointing downwards
  • these tubes prevent a sediment penetration into the nozzle and a clogging-up
  • available as one-piece nozzle with thread or as disc type nozzle
